Now Hiring: Early Childhood Education (ECE) Quality Consultant
Bladen Smart Start – A Partnership for Children, Inc. is seeking a full-time Early Childhood Education (ECE) Quality Consultant to support early literacy initiatives and provide coaching, technical assistance, and training to child care professionals throughout Bladen County.
Qualifications:
· Associate's degree required (Bachelor's preferred) in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Human Services, Business Administration, or a related field.
· Experience working with young children and families preferred.
· Strong communication, organizational, and technology skills.
· Some evening, weekend, and in-state travel required.
Salary: $30,000–$35,000 (based on education and experience)
